My first car - blue

Sensory-motor car from Spanish dëna. The car is produced in blue and comes with its own driver in orange. The components can be separated. It has been tested down to the age of 0 months, so can be used as soon as the child is able to grab hold of it. The two figures are known in the toy business as “open-ended-toys”. This means toys where it’s very much up to the child itself to create a story as a narrative to whichever game is being played. This helps boost the child’s imagination and creativity. The child can use this set from the age of 10 months, although it’s suitable well into later childhood; initially, perhaps as something to bite on, whilst later the figures can be used for stacking and finally as moulds for baking when the child is five or six years of age. All toys from dëna are safe to use in dishwashers, microwave ovens and ordinary ovens – up to temperatures of 230 degrees Celsius. They can also be put in the freezer – and can withstand temperatures as low as minus 50 degrees.
