Scrunch quoits take much of their inspiration from petanque, where the idea is to get as close as possible to the target ball. Whereas this involves large balls being thrown trying to hit a small ball in petanque, in the version here you have to throw quoits to get closest to a little ball. There are five quoits in all and a small round ball. Everything is made in high-quality silicone, which is both flexible and “soft”. Scrunch quoits are great fun, both on the beach and in the garden, and can easily be taken with you when travelling.
